- Responsible for ensuring consistent delivery of quality services to customers and clients for a great customer experience.
- Readiness to answer calls effectively in a professional capacity and emphasizes schedule adherence, the accuracy of the information, and high productivity.
- Performs duties in a professional and responsible manner in accordance with policies, procedures, products, and allow the service set to achieve Department and the Bank.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling of products and services in line with customers’ requirements.
- Provides clear and precise answers or solutions to customer’s inquiries concerning the products or services offered.
- Recognized Degree in Banking / Business Studies / Accounting / Economic / Public Administration or equivalent and obtained at least:
b) CGPA 3.25 & above (related to Banking).
