JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements
- SPM/ Diploma in Accounts/ Business Admin.
- 2 years’ working experience in administration.
- Proficient in spoken & written English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Must be IT literate.
Responbility :
- To compile & dispatch branch`s DES, medical & overtime claims, and suppliers` invoices to GSC HR for payment processing.
- To manage all incoming and outgoing mail for the branch.
- To prepare and administer Cheque Requisition voucher, Debit Note, Credit Note, Petty Cash Voucher and monthly expenses reconciliation for the Branch.
- To maintain proper recording of general accounts in log book.
- To attend inquiries from suppliers & customers and direct to relevant department/personnel.
- To monitor branch accounts, stationaries and branch assets.
- To assist in OVR registration for vendors in the system.
- To execute all procurement related activities in compliance to Group Policies and Authorities (GPA), Group Procurement Policies and Authorities (GPPA) and also Sime Darby Industrial`s Procurement Standard Operating Procedures SOPs.
