JOB DESCRIPTION
Role purpose
- To provide personalized service to travel agents and execute strategies to meet the targeted revenue.
Key Accountabilities
- To sell products and promotions prepared by Revenue Management and monitor the sales of travel agents, by providing service and support related to free independent traveler and groups movement, conducting product briefings
- To participate actively in travel trade and consumer fairs
- To collect insights regarding other airlines strategy and analyze sales data from Business Intelligence and perform quarterly review with all accounts coverage
- To be liaison between Travel Trade and relevant Malaysia Airlines Business Unit (revenue management, airport operation and customer service) in resolving problems arise from daily operation
- To develop and strengthen networking with the key decision makers within the Travel Agencies, including organizing MH related events and activities
Requirements
- Posses at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel and work independently
