JOB DESCRIPTION

Operation Executive Cards
Responsibilities:

•  Directly report to higher supervisor/ manager.
•  Monitor new and existing Islamic Cards products.
•  To ensure Islamic Card spend & receivables are as per target set
•  To ensure that products/ campaigns and processes are as per BNM/ Bank/ Syariah Compliance
•  Ensure all transaction processed in compliance with MasterCard procedure and all control function  executed as per operation manual
•  monitoring & reporting of fraud detaction
•  Attend to all authorization service
•  Provide support to Fraud Management, Contact Centre, Merchant Acquiring and other business units on authorization and fraud management related matters.

Operation Officer Cards
Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, launch, execute and monitor new and existing Islamic Card products.
• To ensure Islamic Cards spend and receivables are as per target set.
• To ensure that products/ campaigns and processes are per BNM/ Bank/ Syariah Compliance
• To ensure that products/ campaigns and processes are as per BNM/ Bank/ Syariah Compliance
• Ensure all transaction processed in compliance with MasterCard procedure and all control function executed as per operation manual
• monitoring & reporting of fraud detaction
• Attend to all authorization service
• Provide support to Fraud Management, Contact Centre, Merchant Acquiring and other business units on  authorization and  fraud management related matters.
